Motion Hut

Although small, Motion Hut is run by two guys who simply enjoys what they do. Their slogan for their business is simply, “Where Customers Are Friends”. This very informal and light-heartedness slogan reflects the kind of people running Motion Hut. This does not mean that they do not take their work seriously.

Mohtar Rawi has a strong interest in video editing since childhood (he idolises Quentin Tarantino). He started taking and editing his own videos and not long after that did some for his friends’ weddings. They encouraged him to continue doing video editing and make it into a part-time business.

Rezdwan Hamid was in fact a previous client of Mohtar Rawi. He has a hidden talent in photography and photo editing. Few years ago, Rezdwan Hamid never thought of being in this line. He never really had any formal education/training in photo editing. He just pick things up along the way. He relishes being self-taught.

Business aside, Mohtar Rawi and Rezdwan Hamid are good friends who happens to work at the same place but for different companies. Recognizing that customers usually request for both video editing and photography services together, they knew that their partnership will complement each other’s strength.
