Our role as the digital imaging technician was to take care of all the technical aspects of digital video capture in production - managing the video pipeline as it travelled from camera to card, and preparing it before it headed to the edit suite.
We worked closely with the remote producers, directors and other cinematographers to ensure that their shots were perfect, providing further technical support for the on-set video livestream.
As the digital imaging technicians for Nike Kids’ PLAYlab production, we provided our specialist Digital Imaging Services for digital capture, management, and manipulation of images. We were involved in all aspects of the production process from pre-production to post-production, and had extensive knowledge of the entire workflow.
MotionHut’s digital imaging services can be used with a variety of camera formats, as well as the software for ingesting, logging and managing data. We marry this technical expertise with our strong organisational skills, which are necessary for keeping track of all the data that is generated during production. Now, more than ever, digital imaging services are becoming a vital component of the production crew’s armoury.
